Is this a timeshare presentation?

It’s a membership sales presentation for México Destination Club, Grupo Xcaret’s vacation club. The club sells memberships rather than deeded weeks, but the pitch works much like a timeshare presentation: it can run several hours, and the team will ask you to buy. The member rate usually requires attending it. You can decline: you never have to buy, and our referral costs you nothing.
